***EDIT TO ADD* MECHANIC SAID MY STARTER IS NOT the issue as they claimed. The issue is more likely the volume of oil they spilled on my engine. It is being recommended that I have the motor sprayed off to keep any more damage from happening. So now I've spent almost 300 for an oil change. ****** Went to get my oil changed. IMMEDIATELY After the oil change my car wouldn't start. And instead of customer service they decided to argue with me that it wasn't their problem or their fault. They had no idea what they did wrong(supposedly) once we finally got it started it was smoking so bad I was afraid to drive it! They told me not their problem and to take it somewhere else to have it looked at. I went straight to the mechanics to have them look at it because I'm afraid to drive my car home. Don't waste your time or money because they are nice until they screw something up and then they get rude immediately! In my opinion with as testy as they got about it they must screw up people's cars often so be weary. Noone gets that defensive that fast if they were not making mistakes regularly. Great customer service, I was in and out the fastest oil change ever. About 10 minutes. They were diligent and attentive to my concerns and even gave me a $20 off discount on the service. I highly recommend!

Took my brand new 2021 Chevy Trax here a couple weeks ago.... First of all the place is absolutely filthy I don't know how they conduct business here. Performer that came from out of town to get work done and spent quite a bit of money and was very unimpressed with my experience and this and the knowledge about my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE... EVERY EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE WILL MAKE A PASS AT YOU... When I pulled up the dude was smoking up blunt and drinking a 5th in the back parking lot and bragging about how he used to beat dudes up in prison... I'm not going to judge somebody based off of their character when I first meet them but my impression of him was not that great to begin with. And then he flittered back and forth between working on my car and another car even though the technician that I had working on my car was the one that I was talking to. They advertise being able to do XY and z... But I have very little face that they can be trusted to do the work that they advertise that they can do on their website let alone any specialty work. Randy is the technician that I paid to work on my car... When I showed up to get it looked at I was told that there was something wrong

I was traveling through the area and saw this Jiffy Lube and needed an oil change For my Honda CRV. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice gentleman, who gave me my options and after selecting one my car was in the bay. It was completed in a “Jiffy” and I was on my way. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this location. Great job by all!!

Great service! I've always changed my own oil but was on a road trip and it needed to get done. I just pulled in and sat in my vehicle while they changed the oil and checked all the other fluids and tire pressure. The manager was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone!
